Why Spain, Why Now?

Expanding into Europe?

Why are so many international companies turning their attention to Spain?

Because they are looking to:

Diversify their supply chains.

Reduce dependence on traditional sourcing markets.

Identify reliable manufacturing and sourcing partners.

Expand into Europe.

Explore business opportunities in one of Europe's fastest-growing major economies.

Why Spain?

Spain is a well-established destination for international business and a strategic base for companies seeking access to the European market.

As one of Europe’s fastest-growing major economies, Spain offers business opportunities across established industries and expanding sectors. Its diversified economy, modern infrastructure and international business ecosystem create favourable conditions for market entry, commercial development, investment and long-term partnerships.

Spain also provides direct access to the European Union’s single market and offers strong commercial, cultural and institutional connections with Latin America, making it a valuable platform for companies with broader international expansion objectives.

However, identifying the right opportunities requires more than general market information. It requires commercial clarity, qualified local relationships and an understanding of Spain’s regional business ecosystems.

The Spain Executive Business Mission enables participating companies to explore the Spanish market directly, meet carefully selected companies and decision-makers, assess sector-specific opportunities and define informed next steps for their business development in Spain.

The best business decisions are not made from behind a desk.

They are made by understanding the market, meeting the right people, and experiencing the opportunities first-hand.

Why Participate?

Reduce Risk

Make better business decisions based on first-hand market knowledge and the support of a local team working on the ground.

Save Time

Achieve in six days what could otherwise take months of research, planning, and business meetings.

Access Opportunities

Connect with relevant companies, suppliers, strategic partners, and business contacts aligned with your project.

Six days that could save your business months of work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of companies can participate?

The program is designed for established international companies evaluating business opportunities in Spain, including market entry, supplier sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, strategic partnerships and investment. Participation is subject to an initial assessment to ensure that the company’s objectives are aligned with the program.

Yes. Before the program, AXIS reviews each company’s sector, priorities and decision-making needs. The business agenda is then structured around relevant companies, qualified contacts, site visits and market insights. Participation depends on whether AXIS can create a focused and commercially relevant agenda for the company.

No. Participation is limited to one executive per company. This format protects the quality of the experience, encourages meaningful exchange among participants and ensures that each company receives focused attention throughout the program

Each company leaves Spain with clearer market understanding, qualified contacts and defined next steps. Where further local coordination is required, AXIS can support follow-up discussions, partner evaluation, supplier validation, market-entry planning and project development under a separate scope of work.

Participation is confirmed following an exploratory call and an assessment of the company’s objectives, readiness and sector relevance. AXIS also considers the compatibility of participating companies to maintain a focused agenda, avoid conflicts of interest and protect the value of the program for every participant.

Depending on the company’s priorities, AXIS can provide ongoing in-market coordination for market entry, supplier sourcing, partner identification, business development, project follow-up and local stakeholder coordination. Any continued engagement is defined separately, with clear objectives, deliverables and accountability.
